It is comprised of two parts, a male 3.5mm TRS to Lightning adapter cable and a lavalier microphone with a 3.5mm TRS female connector. This design also allows you to connect any audio devices with a 3.5mm TRS output to your iPhone or iPad, like the Saramonic UwMic9 RX9, Vmic Mini, SR-PMC1 and more.
